Our rancher has a skid steer at headquarters. He rents it to us for $85/hour no operator... He shoots a pic of the hour meter when we leave with it, and another one when we return. He fills it with diesel and charges us the hourly rate plus the fuel used if we don't refill it. That's in South Texas and is about half the going rate from some other guys who have places nearby that is not on our ranch...

I don’t price by the hour. I bid each job.
Good experienced operators can get more done in an hour than others and charging by the hour seems unfair to me because you can go at a lot slower pace intentionally.
With that said most of these machines are closing in on 100k and guys that are running them much less that 150$ an hour are shooting their selves in the foot in the long run. Especially the mulching heads because they will wear a machine out quick!!

If it was me, I would charge by the job. That way you can factor in your to and from site, fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
My kubota cost me 25-30 per hour just to start it up. I changed all the fluids and filters last year and it was $1600 in parts, and I did all the labor. Put a spreadsheet together to look at the real cost per hour.

Regarding your question about rates, I bid by the job, as there is WAY too many variables for me to control to bid hourly. With my machine, I can get a lot of work done in one hour but the cost to own and operate the machine is pretty significant. However taking all things into consideration I usually get around $100 per hour for the skid steer, then another $85 for the mulcher.
