Rent you a man lift and do it yourself.

Call your local power company. They may do it for you.

Try calling and ask for their sales manager. I have had horrible experience with online questions.

Musco or techline are the big players for sports lighting in TX.
If you need a contact for either PM me.

Years ago, our HS / summer league fields needed a bunch of lights replaced. The city sent out their bucket truck but it was 10-12 feet short. I drive out to the fields and they have their bucket truck maxed out, ratchet strapped to the light pole and have an extension ladder in the bucket, one guy on the ladder and one holding the ladder. I turned around and left. I figured I made one too many witnesses. They did get them all changed.

All that it takes is an electrician willing to work off of a manlift.

Our league uses Musco for our maintenance.

This, we always had a dad or two who worked for them or another contractor and would donate his time.

Federal Heath is a national sign company that helps companies connect and engage with their customers through visual communications. We offer concierge care for signage programs and conversions of any size, with six manufacturing facilities supported by a large team of project managers.

I am in the restaurant business and we use these guys. Pretty sure they do some of the local baseball parks as well.

Check with LCRA. They will do it as part of community projects
