Reminder About Links & Ads in Signatures & Avatars

I've noticed since the switch to the new forum that several of you have registered with links to your business or website in your signature and/or a banner graphic for your business as your avatar.

While I don't like to make an issue of those, I've found in the past that it has been abused, and therefore have requested that you refrain from posting links to your website or otherwise advertising your business on this site. I realize there are some special circumstances and occassions where it doesn't conflict with our sponsors or with this site, but it's difficult to allow it for one and not another. Unless you are a current, paying sponsor, please remove any such links or advertising.

I'm working on getting the sponsor banner links restored. In the meantime, I'm also creating a sponsor forum with the current sponsor links.

How do you become a "paying sponsor?" Ive tried to call and email in the past and have gotten no response back.

Same problem here! I've sent email requesting Sponsorship for whatever the fee but have had no response. Today I had a post locked for no apparent reason. Obviously because I'm not a sponsor. Kinda hard when ya can't get a package. Curtis

I'm not currently accepting new sponsors.

But let me get this straight. You haven't received information on becoming a sponsor, so somehow that makes it ok to post a link or advertise your business?
