Unique Find

My BIL recently bought a house in Yoakum that my MIL will be moving into after a good remodel. My wife and I have been cleaning up the yard and found this on Saturday. Wondering if anyone could give a little more info on these. Found both in flower pots that were laying in the yard
They are approx 8 inches long and weigh about 2.5 lbs each
Tell me what you think. I know they are bullets, just not sure from what
