It's a coin toss on a fried bone in pork chop versus a ribeye.

You may disagree, but you need to come to the South and try real Southern cooking.
I'm planning a food vacation/road trip soon, just trying different regions and their foods. I'd love to take you up on that. One thing about my trips, I will not eat at ANY chain restaurant, which is basically my policy anyway. Nothing better than finding a mom and pop or a local dive imo.

We have all had something made of beef we didn’t like

Anyone ever had anything made of bacon they didn’t like

If you really wanted to step it up a notch, make it fried chicken livers and gizzards.
Any time I see the name Ralphie May, I think of Greg Giraldo making this joke at a roast; "Ralphie is like the country of India. He's hot, sweaty, and doubles in size every year". Giraldo was a Harvard educated lawyer who made his living in comedy. Unfortunately, his demons got the better of him. Look him up. Hilarious

Have we? Unless we are talking about innards and extremities, I'm having a hard time thinking of one.

It is grilling. Grill it and then slag it down with sauce.

              Grilling is no sauce.

              Low and slow is smoking.

              Hope that helps.

If you want real southern cooking, you have to find a person that cooks it.

There used to be some great restaurants for home cooking, but I don't know any that remain.

Dude. You should so some research so you don't seem so dumb and arrogant. East Texas is very much the south and has southern food. It's in big towns as well. I ate it all growing up. Mom and both grandma's.

The thing about Texas is it's diversity. We have many different regions with different cuisines.

I have never heard Georgia mentioned for bbq or food. Texas is a top 3 state for best food.

Smart. You ever tried a grass fed only steak or longhorn steak? I like my beef fat and lazy before butchering. But I had to try and I will say I didn’t enjoy it at all

                                Depends.

A rutty old boar ain’t exactly the same as a pen raised red duroc.

Same as a black angus in the feed lot isn’t the same as some pasture raised cow.

All things equal, I prefer beef.
