    Homemade All Purpose Seasoning

I'm done with the premade crap. Fresh bottle of Uncle Chris on some pork chops last night and they were so salty it was hard to eat. Who has a good recipe for a grab and go seasoning for anything- steaks, chops, chicken...

I have never understood the love for uncle Chris seasoning. I’m not a fan .

Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika. Keep making until you get ratios you prefer.

If you want to get crazy, and who doesn't, smoke the salt. Use coarse sea salt and pepper.

Salt and pepper on steaks. Williams Rib Tickler (it's sweet) on pork and chicken.

If I put BBQ sauce on pork and cook it in the oven can I call it BBQ?

Slather pork with mustard, then sprinkle some Bite My Butt and grill/smoke/BBQ, or what ever you wanna call it.

For ribeye, strip, loin, or any beef steak, reverse sear and some Uvalde Steak Seasoning.

I mean maybe I am stating the obvious, but it sounds like you put too much on if it was too salty for your liking

That was my first thought. I use uncle chris’s steak seasoning and never had a bad steak.
