I live out in Hallettsville about 16 miles SW of town. We are in a very rural area and roofing contractors are few and far in between including those from Victoria! I had contacted 4 companies and it took them weeks just to return a call and that was after I had tried to contact them many times. To say that I was not impressed at all would be an understatement. I had been seeing Chuy getting a lot of attaboys on here from first hand experience clients but I never thought he would travel way out here. He was on a thread a few weeks ago so I gave it a shot on a PM and asked if he traveled this far and he said absolutely. He had a quote for me in an hour based off of Google earth. I had some storm damage, so he and the insurance adjuster worked out a date with each other to look over my roof and they communicated very well. David showed up an hour early and we spent some time getting to know each other and he explained the process from start to finish and I absolutely had no worries at all. My roof is 76 squares ( I think) I’m sure Chuy will correct me lol. His crew of 12 showed up at 6:45 am about 45 minutes early , they pulled in in 4 trucks with a dump trailer and immediately went to work. They didn’t do much talking but they communicated very professionally. As men went up on the roof , the other crew surrounded the house with tarps to catch the scraps . They had the whole roof completely cleaned off in 1hr 45 minutes! The roof was completed and all clean-up done by 3:30- absolutely amazing. David was there and inspected the work with a keen eye ( or Two). The roof is beautiful , the drip edge is straight and true along with the shingles . Communication, communication, communication is very much lacking in this day and time but Andrew was stellar in this and I could not even start to imagine any other company topping it! His crew was outstanding and the whole process was Stellar! If a business model is being made then Andrew has set the standard extremely high. Chuy is calm, cool and collect! If he says he’s going to be there he absolutely will and will be early at that!
