Well, if you click on the "4 Photos", it will show all the pics... There's a pic of his pickle stash that is amazing that does not display on these thumbnails... Obviously, my photo posting needs some work!!
Our harvesting and canning is pretty much non-stop right now... The new freeze dryer has been running non-stop since we got it a couple weeks back... We've been freeze drying mostly blackberries and squash/zucchini. We started with the berries we already had in the freezer... Can get about 25 pounds per load, but it takes about 40 hours to do a load of blackberries! Those jokers have a lot of water in them apparently.
I'm going to try to post up some pics to practice with this new fangled software what we got here...
Well I give up for now on posting the photos... If you click on the thumbnails below you can scroll through 9 photos...
I use this software on other forums and it is actually really nice and easy to post pics, but there's enough different about this version that I'm not able to put the photos in the post, only the thumbnails...
If anyone knows how to do it, please post up the "how-to"!! Thx.

Charlie, do you shade them mater plants someway or do they pull out of that wilt easy? Mine will be dead before too long, the weather liar says we gonna hit 109 Sunday.
Jeff, I've been pouring the water to 'em morning and evening, but they're taking a serious hit right now. Most of our maters are "determinate" varieties, so they basically produce their fruits then quit anyway... We were about 2-3 weeks late in getting them planted, but they made their crop I think... Will start harvesting them in earnest here shortly. Lots of color showing all over the patch this morning... Next year though I will have some kind of shade system ready! Even my peppers are beginning to get sun scald, especially the sweets like the bell peppers...

Hey I forgot to say thank you yesterday for getting me lined out on posting pics the correct way!!
Oh and that's some beautiful garden and canning stuff you posted!!
Keep the pics coming on your garden and canning stuff!!
Been trying to post up a greenhouse project update with pics, but keep getting an error message that might as well be in Chinese... So I cancelled the post. Will try again in a bit... Had several pics. Tried deleting one, then two, but still got an error. The preview worked just fine... I know this new system will be good... at some point, but it's pretty cumbersome, slow and aggravating so far...
