6 weeks ago today we were taking Colt for what we thought would be a routine doctors appointment. Little did we know he would be admitted for heart failure and would soon be fighting for his life. The stuff he’s been through since is unbelievable. How fast your life can change. Today he continues to fight fluid on his lungs and his heart still not fully functioning. Even being on Iv diuretics, there has still been no improvement [emoji120]With him being in such bad shape going into surgery, it’s not super surprising to the doctors that he’s still struggling. Also because he had to have his surgery much earlier than they would’ve liked. 60 total days in the hospital now and counting. As we start week 6 here, all we can do is ask for continued prayers. We are so ready to have this little man feeling good and our family back together. This little heart warrior is not done writing his story yet [emoji170][emoji120][emoji120][emoji120]
