I was thinking the same thing, you definitely hurt some of their feelings though. They’ll probably require some therapy and medications to recover.

I think there's a double entendre in that first sentence. I quit watching it also, John but only because my heart can not take the intense excitement.

I must say I do, but the number of people trying to convince others that their decision was the only correct decision was off-putting.

Yep. No shine for me. I think I need to stay upright on Friday night!

Good grief! Kinda like this thread the OP started, making a big deal about what others are making a big deal about.

And I'm pretty sure there's a few on here that shave their chest. Most will prob be in their 20s-40s. I'll gettem lined up to hug ya.

I've always wondered what "OP" stands for. Think I know now. Just dawned on me. Has to do with being older than 66. And a term young kids used to describe the aged.

It is actually a poem written at the turn of the last century. Which evolved into a revered gospel hymn......check your hymnal. It has never competed for the same space as our national anthem but used as inspiration during the debts of Jim Crow. Very positive message.[emoji120]

Funny how people so verbal against the Left's Cancel Culture, created their very own Cancel Culture. It's pretty dang funny to watch really. Some people just need an adversary and when they don't have one, they create one in their mind.
I think for the most part, people just got feed up with all the politics in sports instead for just playing ball. I don't think anyone is in a "cancel culture' against the NFL. Just a "I could care less" culture... Or is it, I couldn't care less? Which ever one that means I don't give a crap.
