I think it would be easiest for you to have 10 buy-ins that cover all 4 quarters and payout each quarter. If using different numbers for each quarter, I would draw for all 4 before the game starts. Just my $0.02

You will have a different set of numbers for each quarter.
Payout will be
$100 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters
$200 for FINAL SCORE
