Sorta...., monthly bill not included in FREE 
If you live between Longview and Van east to west, N of 20, but S of 30, and DO NOT have internet it's yours to use unless the Lord lays it on your heart to buy me a new bay boat.
The unit was purchased to demo at the office, so after the company sold, I just brought it home.
Mounted it here at the house(LOP area) just to see what it would do, and I averagd 160 Mbps down, and 22 up over a 12 day period.
Average ping was 33 ms down, and 47 up, also averaged 2-7 network interuptions a day of less than 2 sec.
Overall service will be better the further west you are of Longview up to a point.

The unit will stay in my name as down the road there may be a need for it. Currently have no plans to ever use it again, so I figure letting someone use it is better than it just sitting on a shelf indefinitley.
We can leave my card on the billing tab and you pay me once a month, or we can add your card and eliminate the need for me to collect every month.
Should I ever need the unit back, I will give you a 60 day heads up.
I AM NOT PAYING YOUR INTERNET BILL, I AM NOT HOUNDING YOU FOR THE MONEY, HAVE A JOB AND HAVE YOUR **** TOGETHER IF YOU TAKE IT!!
Should your 12 yr old steal your chainsaw and fell a tree across your house crushing the unit, the replacement cost is 100% on you, excuses are invalid.
Bill is currently $110 a month, and it could go up, don't act suprised if it does, that is how things work.....
For $25 more a month, you can add the portability option to it if you would like, and it will work just about anywhere, although the service will not be as consistent or good as the designated area the unit was assigned to.
At the same time the service could be better at any given location, it's a crapshoot depending on the network load in any given area.
You will have to sign a piece of paper saying the unit is mine, but was given to you to use, in case your son is a hacker, or your pedophile uncle downloads something illegal at Thanksgiving.
Missing most your teeth, covered in scabs, weigh 90lbs soaking wet, can't hold your jaw still, and own a 1000 acre ranch where you run a secret elite sniper school, keep on scrolling, there's no time in my life for your BS.
