    Battery Load Tester Help

Does any know of a battery load tester for the 12 volt 7 amp batteries? I can't seem to find one online that will check any 12 volt battery less than 100 CC amps. I have several batteries (15 or so) I would like to test to make sure they are good for future use. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Thanks,
    Kyle

I'm talking about the deer feeder batteries. I also run them in my trail camera battery packs that I build.

HCR electronics out of burnet used to make one. I still use it. I think they went out of business. You can use a timer that shows charge just as well. Charge up a battery and connect a timer. If it doesn’t show fully charged on the timer. Throw the battery away

I use a cheap little Innova. Can be found on Amazon.

Not sure it will do specifically what you’re asking.

Check the feeder battery with the load of your feeder motor.....

Just put the load of your feeder motor on the battery with a simple $10 multi-meter connected to the battery.

i agree just hook up say a led light that draws pretty good amperage and watch with a multimeter how it holds up under load
i just check them with a multimeter and get the voltage if they charge up good and fast they’re usually okay

Hook up the battery to a feeder and have the motor a spin with your multimeter on the battery and see what it does. That’s a free load test.
