It seems Irvin might be refilling the law suit in Arizona.
His suit was dismissed without prejudice.

That was the impression I got from the radio this morning, they seem to think he wouldn't have dropped it unless he had no case.

It`s amazing how many people that can catch, run or throw a football better than 95% of everyone gets away with crap like this or it just gets swept under the rug and people get paid to look the other way. It starts in high school and then at major universities. By the time they get to the NFL they think they are bulletproof. I quit watching the Cowboys completely around 97-98 because of Irvin`s and other Dallas player`s off the field activities. He`s just another mouthpiece that needs to go away, but his vanity won`t let him. He needs to be relevant and like the attention.

He is just moving the lawsuit to Arizona. Not sure the specific reasoning behind that. He and his attorneys are having a press conference at 11 today where they will be showing the video to the public.

Based on the above video, it was a money grab by that employee....

He asked her if she ever had some BBC?

Maybe rude, but it should have ended there.

Might not have even done that, that statement came from Marriott's attorney defending against the lawsuit. Looks like an attempt to sling insults to get somebody who's gunshy of bad press to drop a lawsuit if you ask me.

There is not much on that Marriott video that would make anyone suspicious of anything Irvin did or said. Or make anyone think the lady who supposedly made the claims was anything but pleased walking away from Irvin after they spoke.

This story gets more bizarre by the day. Like Irvin or not, how do Marriott, NFL and ESPN get away with convicting any punishing someone without sharing exactly what they are claiming he did. Even after a $100M lawsuit, it took more than 30 days to get that video. Instead of sharing the specific details of what he allegedly did to get kicked out of hotel, banned from Marriott hotels worldwide, taken off air, etc., it is only learned from court filings made - again, more than 30 days after he has already been publicly shamed and punished.

The same Marriott who originally claimed in court filings they had nothing to do with this and should be removed from the case had already called and invited NFL to investigate and convict Irvin without speaking to him or a single witness outside of a few hotel employees.

It is going to be interesting to see how this unfolds.

I saw nothing in that video that even remotely portrays the stories that she is alleging. He is going to get a pay day, but the damage is already done by the lies....

I hope he crushes Marriott, the NFL and this lady that made the allegations. I have seen nothing that leads me to believe he did anything wrong. The entire thing is ridiculous and all those involved owe him a public apology

Ok I'll be as honest as I can here and this is what I seen. Number 1 we can not hear what either is says and that is what the complaint is all about. But when he seen her he made a be line and cut her off from where she was going. They start off near the wall and by the time she finished backing up away from him they are almost in the middle of the hallway. Not sure what was being said but she didn't like it.
