Go with the Bitz........its the last fletching jig you will ever buy....it will last a lifetime. I'm sure there are other jigs will work just fine......but I'll take my Bitz over the others every time.

I had a Bitz to do feathers with but sold it. Great jig but slow doing one vane or feather at a time.

I now use 3 RH Helical Arizona EZ Fletches. They are easy, fast, and accurate.

I have both and like both. I use Fast Fletch glue. Super Glue gel seems to melt/ wrinkle arrow wraps.

To keep glue from sticking to jig, coat edges of jig(where fletching meets jig) with bow string wax.

I used a Jo-Jan multi fletcher until I tried a Bitz. I bought a Bitz the same day and I'll never look back.

If you will put a little wax up and down the vane holders the super glue doesn't stick to them and get it all nasty.

Another Bitzenberger vote here. I've been using one for about 15 years.

When I helped out at PRSR, I did the fletching for the store and the public. I now have 6 bitz. and would never use anything else!!! Yes they are expensive, but you get what you pay for!!

I own Bitz., Jo-Jan, and Arizona. For 3 Fletching my Blazers I don't even pick up the Bitz. or Jo. anymore...

I use the red Bohnig jig and only use Blazers. $25.

I don't do too many arrows so it works fine for me. It's a little fidgety but nothing major. All the arrows shoot the same even if they are not exactly perfectly aligned. Racoons and pigs can't tell the difference either.

Jo Jan,i usually like to keep things KISS ( keep it simple stupid). Even though your right every now and then one will be a little forward, you just have to watch to make sure the nock is still all the way in.

I will have to try that. Mine does get a little gummed up. Thanks.
