    Good day for some chili...

    ..with beans.

I ain't supposed to, with stomach ulcers. But this is just to good a day not to.

I'm keeping it tamed down. Two lbs deer meat. Red and green bells. Sweet onion. Tomatoe sauce and diced tomatoes.

No habanero, no ghost peppers, no jalapeños or Serrano. But did add 2 plablanos.

Made mine yesterday... 2 lbs deer 1 lbs beef. Made with a can of rotel and a can of roasted hatch chilis. I add some habanero to my bowl. Also used my tomato sauce I made from my tomatoes. 2 thumbs way up every time. Probably need to restock soon!!

Just made some chili with Blackbuck burger, Axis steak cubed and oh sooooo many beans and Rotel and a few other secrets. Have some home made bread in a bowl rising that needs a 30 minute nap in the oven when it's time. Made the wife french toast for breakfast with farm egg and homemade creamer, drizzled with some real Maple syrup and feeding a big fire all day. Dang it, getting up at 4 am on these wet days a man can run out of things to do by noon.

Lotsa meat in my chili. My wife likes it, I like it, my whole family likes it. The rest of you…….

Well, you’d like it too, if you could only taste it !

Great WEEK for Chili with / without beans makes no difference to me. It’s like Gumbo with/ without okra. Just put it in a bowl and let me do the rest. Rock On Chili Week.👍👍🔥🔥

I can taste a little bit of everything!

Slow process in the slow cooker.

Doesn't look anything like chili to me. To each his own. Cajun Blaze without poot pellets for me.
