Here is a better question. If everyone was like you thinking up dumb **** to post about, nobody would ever get to read legitimate posts.
Tank up knitting or crossword puzzles to occupy your time.

          I'll play.

Some other factors to look at is his height, speed, and vertical. Like another has said, poles are rated at by length, weight, and flex number. You would like to be on a pole 10 to 30 pounds' above your weight to give you the pop off the top.

Next you have to look at the take off angle. Even a small guy with a bad take off angle and a small pole can break one.

Could it happen, sure, but highly unlikely.

Good grief! Looking for a tactical vest as well?! Does anyone know who started that awesome rant thread a year or so ago? It got canned I think.

What if every aspect of the pole vault was perfect. Perfect pole, perfect knowledge of how to pole vault, perfect execution.

                Would it snap?

Who said the season is over? For some folks, maybe the "season" just began...

I’m gonna ponder this, Terry. It may take awhile since my brain does not ponder as fast, or accurately, as it used to do.

Offense would win. Cant defend a perfectly thrown ball even while playing perfect D. Lord please let Dale agree with me!

Not sure what would happen, but I’d love to kickback and watch the wreck.

It would be about weight and speed at that point. Just math.

Math can’t stop an impossible premise.

It's not about how he would grip it. It's about weight ratios. But it might matter if he were African or European.
