Congrats on the awesome buck you deserve it after all these years! I have yet to shoot something with one of my Dad's guns since he has passed, but my son shot a hog this year with my Dad's first gun this year and that was really special. Love that rifle stock!

Sorry for the cluttered pics but the work bench was busy , dad did 100 % of the work by hand from a walnut blank I’m not sure what I like best ? The wide beaver tail fore end or the inlays on the but stock ? I will say that the krag has probably the smoothest action I’ve ever seen!
