That is a Spencer Aplin custom. He's a maker from the Houston area. Reasonably well known, and does good work with a good reputation. I've met him a few times, and know several of his students as well. I'd vouch that this knife is worth what he's asking, and that he routinely gets that kind of price for similar.

Dang. I sold a mobility scooter for $350. He offered to trade the knife. Guess I missed out on trading up. Oh well. Thanks
