Primos camera issues

I just bought a couple new Primos game cameras that use SD cards. I plug the SD card into my iPhone and jpg images appear but will not import to my phone. I get a red circle with an exclamation point in the lower right hand corner of jpg images when I hit “import” button. With my older Primos camera, I plug the SD card in and the photos appear and I can import them. Am I doing something wrong with these new cameras? Thanks

The last two Primos I had imported straight to my phone from SD cards. I find it interesting that the new ones won’t do it also.

I just found out that these new Primos cameras are not compatible with Apple products. Would have been nice to know that before ordering!!
