Made the order today

Well I went and placed the order on my 2023 Lariat 7.3 gas engine, Chrome and Lariat Ultimate package Crew cab. today, I was more nervous today doing this than I was getting married for the first time. This has been a very hard decision, prices are crazy and interest rates are high but I wanted one more new truck before I get to old to enjoy one. Daughter told me to pray about it and if I wanted one then I should do it. I've always put family and close friends first, this is just the way I am, so I felt like I deserved something for myself for once, so just did it. Who knows when it will arrive, they told me 4--7 months. I just hope I like the new style, its been changed up a bit. But they did tell me that if I wasn't happy with it, didn't have to buy, made them put it in writing.

That gives me about a month and a half to tell my wife I bought a new truck.

If you prayed about it, you feel it’s right and just. Hope it comes sooner than later and hope you love it. Post it when you get it! My next will be a gas, maybe a 7.3.

And for any one reading that maybe looking, my father decided to sell his 7.3 PowerStroke 02 Lariat FX4, 257k on the clock. It’s a tank. He’s asking $10.5k

He owns a new one and doesn’t drive either truck much.

From what I read, they make the poor folks' trucks first.

I am going to miss the heated steering wheel and heated seats. My truck is $40,000 less than the loaded F250s they have sitting on the lots though. 40k buys a lot of gloves and long johns.
