      Congrats on two fine bulls!

Personally, that closed bolt in pic 3 makes my nether regions pucker.

I agree, at least point it in a safe direction. Just a bad setup.

Pretty sure they did when I was there but it was limited since they jumped the fence from Yturria, I know Family members and I think a couple employees shot them though.

Ive got a day hunt coming up in February and was curious on where you would recommend staying the night before? I live in corpus, but leaving at 4am to be at the gate at 6 isnt too appealing. I was thinking about getting a hotel in either raymondville but wanted to see what others have done.

                          Thanks!

We stayed at the La Quinta in Kingsville. It was clean but my big yeti was stolen out of my truck. I think some construction workers staying there cut my cable after they saw me locking it up. We left at the hotel at 5:15 and were at the gate at 6:00.

Raymondville's motels aren't much better then the Kingsville ones, the biggest problem with Kingsville is with the college and the NAS it attracts a lot of thieves. It could of been construction workers but just as likely teenagers in town. There's several families make their living off robbing people blind but no one can catch the little @#%*'s in the act.

Riviera inn & suites is a little dated but was a nice motel last time I stayed there. I'd feel safer about my stuff there plus its all first floor so pretty easy to back to the door and toss the costly stuff in with you. Bout 30min to the Norias gate as well.
