I need some help from an Estate lawyer

My family is running into a bit of trouble with some probate/trust stuff. Do we have an estate lawyer on the greenscreen or is there one that you would recommend? Please pm me as I don’t really want to get into this in an open forum. Thank you,
    Drew

TBHers...Grayson, Crippler and a couple others that I can't recall right now. I've personally worked with Grayson several times and he's a great guy.

I'll second Grayson. Talked with him before on a probate issue.

That is the benefit that I saw of the living trust my mom and step-dad did....lay out dispersal of estate assets and set up a executor to take care of dispersal. If anyone gripes about what they are getting the executor can cut them completely out and no probate to worry about.

You can do that with a WILL.

An Executor is who distributes assets from an estate. A Trustee distributes assets from a trust

My understanding is with a trust everything that's in the trust does not go through probate with the local court involved.
