I had the man, the myth, the legend Buradell out on Conroe North on a just plain great day to be on the water. He filled a cooler full of slabs and even added a giant ditch pickle that was almost more than my fillet knife could handle

Awesome! Did Randy yell at them to stay off his lawn? Sitting in 13th after day one. Had some good fish not fire. They bit great all week. Hard to find a fish but when you did they bit! Raining and cold and winds gonna blow tomorrow. But I wouldn’t expect anything less!!

That is my smile!! I woulda smiled bigger if I knew what the weather was gonna be like today!! Raise your hand if you’ve ever swamped a 21’ boat fishing!! I’ve speared waves and filled a boat before but this was 3 rogue waves in a row that put 250 gallons I bet in the boat. The console had a foot of water in it. The scale was floating around!!! Ain’t tournament fishing fun! I’m not happy worth it, but not terribly upset given the conditions!
