        Been killing it up until this week.

        only got in 3 sets…

        20 minutes with 200 six count burpees…im done lol

          I did terrible since my last post 10 days ago lol.... Was running all over the state hunting and didn't eat well at all.

          Made it in on Saturday for back and bis and reeled the eating back in yesterday. Hoping for a chest and tri's session this afternoon after meetings.

          Need to get back into a solid rhythm!

            I didn't do anything last week after Tuesday, except eat. I got in yesterday for chest and back. 20/15/12/10 rep ranges.

            Seated wide grip chest press/overhead DB pull/incline sit up/incline leg raise
            Decline bench press/low row supinated grip
            Seated chest press machine/v-bar pulldown
            DB fly/Low row neutral grip

            Skipped this morning since we were out late for my wife's birthday party last night. Back at it tomorrow.

                  Arm and leg day today. Dadgum newbies at the gym need to learn some etiquette. Trying to superset and they cut in on the equipment I was using. I got it done anyways. 20/15/12/10 reps.

                  Sled leg press/BB curl/calf raise/med ball sit up/cable pushdown
                  Leg extension/preacher curl/standing leg curl/overhead rope extension
                  DB spider curl/hip abduction/overhead cable curl

                  Chest and back tomorrow.

                    Shoulders and legs yesterday

                    Back, Bi's and Curls today. Did hammer curls for the first time in 5 months. Right Bicep was tender but overall felt solid.

                    Going to try and squeeze in Chest and Tri's tomorrow but will be tough

                        Slept in a little yesterday, but got in this morning for chest and back. Last day of the 20/15/12/10 rep workout was today. Going back to 5X5 starting Monday.

                        DB chest press/lat pull down/incline situp
                        Incline DB chest press/incline leg raise/lat pull down supinated grip
                        V-bar pulldown/DB fly
                        T-bar row/Low row supinated grip

                          Started back on the 5X5 program this morning. Feels pretty good to go back to heavy stuff! Chest and back this morning.

                          Bench press/t-bar row
                          Incline bench press on smith machine/overhead DB pull
                          Incline DB fly/low row supinated grip/med ball sit up

                              I slacked on Friday, Sat, Sun and Monday.....

                              Goal is Chest and tri's today and to get back at it.

                                got legs and arms done this morning. Did some 20/15/12/10 rep range. Had to get to work early this morning, but still got a good pump in.

                                Leg extension/standing leg curl
                                Cable kick back/Arm blaster curl
                                Sled leg press/calf raise
