      Did chest, triceps and core yesterday… workouts for the last three days have been sub par; lots of pain to the front of the shoulder/chest area on both sides… I believe I did some dips that irritated something in that area… going to rest for about a week and see how it feels after that…

            Missed yesterday so I tried to incorporate some of what I was supposed to do yesterday into today's workout, but ran outta time and didn't get done everything I wanted. It was still a good workout though. Chest, back and biceps with a little core work at the end. 5X5 and hitting it heavy.

            Bench press/preacher curl/t-bar row
            Incline bench press/t-bar row/BB curl
            DB fly/spider curl/Low row supinated grip
            Overhead cable curl/med ball situps

            A little rest, a little of momma, a little golf and a little church are the weekend plans. Everyone have a great one!

              Absolutely killed back and bi's. Also a big fan of a new, to me, non stim pre workout out (Hyde) that is giving me a awesome pump.

              20 mins of stairs lvl 14 for warm up/cardio

              5's /// Smith BO rows
              EZ spider curls // Sigle arm DB rows
              Hamer curls // Iso lat PD's
              Seated DB curls // Iso seated rows
              EZ bar curls TF // Wide grip Lat PD's

              75mins 1150cals 160BPMS

                Drank way to much at cook off last night….. Still feeling it….

                So instead of legs just a light cardio day (30mins of stairs and sauna)

                Legs tomorrow when I’m not hungover…

                    I haven't posted on this thread in a couple years...but I haven't missed many workouts either. I'm currently 6'4'' 225 and looking to maintain, just keep working. Strength training 3 days a week and cardio 3 days as week. Good to see everyone still at it!!

                      Chest and back done for today. 5X5 supersets with abs thrown in at the end.

                      Seated wide grip chest press/bodyweight pull ups
                      Bench press/t-bar row
                      DB fly/lat pull down neutral grip
                      Med ball sit ups 2X10/ab roller 2X8

                      Arms and legs tomorrow

                        Slept absolutely terrible last night so Chest and Tri's will have to happen at lunch today.

                        New sleep medication combination is really messing with me so going to try and see what changes an be made.

                          Haven't posted in a while but I am still going at it. Down about 21 lbs so far. I am getting a good bit stronger as well. I just started a new phase of the lifting program I am doing it and it's more enjoyable than the last phase, though I didn't hate the last phase.

                          Food has been another story. I struggle with eating healthy. Let's just say I was on a bulk the last week or 2. I need to get back to a cut now!

                                I made it in despite waking up at 1:28 and then the dog getting sick at 2:30 AM so when the alarm went off I wasn't exactly feeling it, but I knew I'd regret not going . Arms and legs 5X5. I did it a little different today completing 5 sets of 5 of one exercise before moving on to the next body part.
