Did chest, triceps and core yesterday… workouts for the last three days have been sub par; lots of pain to the front of the shoulder/chest area on both sides… I believe I did some dips that irritated something in that area… going to rest for about a week and see how it feels after that…
Missed yesterday so I tried to incorporate some of what I was supposed to do yesterday into today's workout, but ran outta time and didn't get done everything I wanted. It was still a good workout though. Chest, back and biceps with a little core work at the end. 5X5 and hitting it heavy.
Absolutely killed back and bi's. Also a big fan of a new, to me, non stim pre workout out (Hyde) that is giving me a awesome pump.

I haven't posted on this thread in a couple years...but I haven't missed many workouts either. I'm currently 6'4'' 225 and looking to maintain, just keep working. Strength training 3 days a week and cardio 3 days as week. Good to see everyone still at it!!
Haven't posted in a while but I am still going at it. Down about 21 lbs so far. I am getting a good bit stronger as well. I just started a new phase of the lifting program I am doing it and it's more enjoyable than the last phase, though I didn't hate the last phase.
Food has been another story. I struggle with eating healthy. Let's just say I was on a bulk the last week or 2. I need to get back to a cut now!
Man its so tough to get a good heart rate going first thin in the AM... I feel like you could give me enough cocaine to make Pablo Escobar grin and I still would hit a heart rate like I do during a lunch or afternoon workout....

I made it in despite waking up at 1:28 and then the dog getting sick at 2:30 AM so when the alarm went off I wasn't exactly feeling it, but I knew I'd regret not going . Arms and legs 5X5. I did it a little different today completing 5 sets of 5 of one exercise before moving on to the next body part.
