Small Claims Court…anyone had to do it?

Went twice, Won twice $10,000 each time. I eventually got $1,400.00 from one of them, nothing from the other

Tried, almost turned into a fist fight, for which his wife threatened to call the cops. So not going to get myself in trouble over it. Heck his own sister said he needs a good old fashion butt whoopin. Which he does and I’d be glad to do it. But still not worth getting in hot water with the law.

Wait until he's not home and steal it back. Shouldn't be that hard.
