    That Boudain you gave to be a couple of days ago for that Express between you and Stan R is a major hit. You weren’t wrong at all about the quality, really good stuff.

    We smoked it up tonight and gave some to the neighbors that run back and forth between here and there, they loved it, but I was already a fan.

              James and his boys are great people. His son Josh has a place in Marksville, LA that arguably has the best fried chicken I’ve ever had.

                James definitely makes great boudin. It’s been a few Bonanzas since he sent some home with us.

                  My late father ate some of James’ boudin at the inaugural Bownanza, and talked about it all the time. He always wanted to know if Team Boudin would be there before he would commit to coming. Really good stuff!

                    James set up Team Boudin next to Team Fish Head one year at Bownanza. I just couldn't stay out of it. He had like 10 different types. And some of the best I've ever had. Looking forward to his return. He's welcome to set up next to Team Fish Head any time!

                        Glad you enjoyed it

                        Now that I am working straight days at the refinery with weekends off unless there is an outage it should not be a problem making Bownanza.

                          His frog legs, gumbo, and onion rings are also great. His chicken has won awards as the best in Cenla. I know you like dropping by
