I’m a life long Texan, (59) years, my wife and I decided to leave Texas because of covid.

We sold our home in Plano after 20 years, and moved to north west Arkansas. I was an appliance contractor for 20 years. Covid screwed that up. I’m currently working at Sams club in Bentonville Arkansas. The home of Walmart.

No judgement. Just asking out of sheer curiosity. How did Covid influence your decision to leave Texas?

Edit: I reread it and see maybe Covid screwed up your job and you left in search of work?

I asked my wife what she was gonna do when they start camping in the front yard.

I was a contractor for an appliance store, when covid first hit the factories would shut the factory down.

What used to be a one day job turned into months to get done.
