Good on you for being foster parents but at some point you need to say enough is enough when the safety of you, your wife and other foster children are placed in danger. Maybe the child is bitter from the last time he was placed back with parents and blames you and your wife and doesn't have the ability to reason out that is far from the truth.

I won't say that I've been in your shoes, few can. But, I understand your situation. Know that there are people praying for you and your family, and they have been since long before you and your wife ever took a child into your home. Foster parenting is difficult, and it is life-changing (good and bad). My wife and I will be praying for you and yours.

CPS has promised to remove his sister! The state system is a huge joke and needs an overhaul!

Without too much detail, my family and I fostered for a few years. We had six infants come and go, the last being in our home from 2 days old to 11 months. It is horrific how the system is run. We had some absolutely disgraceful case workers, and a couple good ones. I was also wholly disappointed by the lack of support from our "agency."
