Yes, mine wouldn't start this morning because I plugged the block heater into the extension cord last night but forgot to plug the extension cord into the wall. So I jumped in the car and drove it to work. Got home from work this afternoon, plugged my block heater in and it started just fine.
I also put diesel kleen in it on Thursday but I only ran it a few min so I don't think it was long enough to saturate the filters and lines.

This is a very good anti gel additive. You do not want to gel up/freeze the water separator. One thing to watch out for is combining two different additives as that could cause fuel to gel as well. I have been running Diesel Kleen for quite some time now and am happy with it. Also, it is a must in order to lubricate these fuel pumps because of the low sulfer fuel.

I do know something that will delete the DEF........

My ‘19 6.7 Powerstroke gelled in February of ‘21. Been running Lucas in everything since. I have a screenshoot on my phone that year of -3 when I was trying to put out hay. Only tractor that would crank was my little open station Kubota mx4700. I about froze. Since then, I add the Lucas treatment. Put out hay twice during this cold snap with the cab 110c, much better.
