Came up to hunt yesterday, arrived around 11 or so. Tried to hunt this morning, but couldn’t see the feeder with all the fog set in. When I left the lease I noticed my truck wouldn’t make a hard turn in either direction. Upon further inspection, I think it’s my U joint that decided to go FUBAR. Should be fixed tomorrow! Anyone else hunting or in the area wanna grab some flap jacks at Lost Maples Cafe?

Main Street Automotive in Bandera came up clutch with the parts. Fingers crossed they can get it done!

Believe it or not, it got me out of the canyon, then ran about 80 on an 8 mile stretch back to the casa. Only reason I notice, I couldn’t turn sharp, had to swang it at the stop sign. Could have been worse 🤷*♂️
