Who still buys roses when they're in "trouble"???

Those thorns hurt like hell across your face.

Congrats to you & the Mrs.

Hey....try this. Buy your wife flowers today for no reason and send them to her at work. I did last week after reading a thread here about how important our wives were in our lives.

You talk about hittin' pay dirt!! Plus she gloated infront of all her co-workers when she got her roses.

Congratulations on the 36 wonderful years. M.C. and I are only half-way there, but we'll get there eventually if the Lord gives us that many years on earth. Examples of how to do it right (like yours here) help us newlyweds see the way. Keep up the good work!

Congratulations. Sadly young men these days, and by young I am saying under 50, just don't seem to be big on flowers. Which is sad because young women still love them. My GF works with two other single women in her office. They all sorta hate me in a way. I make it a point to see that I drop off flowers or have them sent every now and then. Nothing real expensive just a reminder.

Flowers are cool, and they are easy really. I don't know why everyone is so cynical about the only time guys give flowers is when they're in "trouble." I guess it is because that is all we see on TV and the movies.

Ask 100 women and 99 will tell you the only time they get flowers is Valentine's Day, or when their man wants forgiveness. I hate to say it, but 99% of men just don't treat women the way they should...or the ways of old. By gum...I'm doin my best to raise my boys right. They will hold the door for me, and Logan even says, "Ladies first!" Makes me feel VERY special!

Congrats on 36 years! That's amazing!

                                Congrats!

But, the florist knows the score.
He probably sees way more of the other.

                                36 years is a rarity.
