Lol! I showed this to my ER nurse wife and e en she said “oh wow. He coulda bled out”. Obviously he was able to regain the upper hand. Woulda liked to have seen that.

I worked a fella whose head looked like that after a motorcycle accident where his head hit went through the drivers window.
