Looking for a place to buy Abilene-Angelo

We are considering moving out of the lovely scenery of Lubbock. Looking for a small property to build on, under $100k, or a house and property for under $300K.

Looking for country or small town between Abilene and Angelo. Hawley, Blackwell, Bronte, Robert Lee, Buffalo Gap, etc.

Don't need hunting acreage, just a spot to live with 2-10 acres for a bit of space and chickens, garden, etc.

I've been all over Lands of Tx and Realtor.com.

Y'all got any FSBO neighbors or something, lol?

100K will go a long ways just north of Abilene. Not real familiar with the area south of it though.

Don’t want to go too far north although the property certainly gets cheaper up there. Want to be within commute of Abilene, but also not too far from the hunting place at Eldorado.
