Men over 50, do yall use a multi-vitamin

I take a daily vitamin for my eyes .........Presser Vision since my dad is blind and it is in our family line. I dont wear glasses at this point so hopefully that continues. Also, a Vitamin D gel cap daily.

Take Opti-Men from Optimum Nutrition. Primarily use a multi as I don’t do a great job of eating the amount of vegetables I should probably be consuming. Know it’s not a “replacement” for eating the real deal but seems to help the immune system nonetheless.

When I was in my 30's about 30 years ago, my Doctor recommend Centrum Silver. Said it was best vitamin for all ages.

I am 59. Live off of moon pies and Miller lite. Never filled a prescription in my life, rarely get sick, wake up in a tee pee every morning. Don’t need any vitamins
