Tacticam reveal question.

2-3 yr old camera. Stopped taking pictures. I called the support folks said it needed a SD card format update.
We did that on a laptop to a SD card. Then the guys at the lease followed the steps on the camera to laod it in the camera.
The camera is taking pictures at the camera. Just not sending them to our phones.

Anyone have any ideas on what we missed or what we need to do.
Trying to get it working while someone is at the lease.

If it’s the first gen and the firmware update was never done you may have to send it in to be flashed.

If that’s not the case I’d try a new sd card

Thank ya. We never sent it in. The CS rep said we could do it. Do we need to format another SD card and try it?

You probably missed too many updates and it will need to be sent in. You could also try a factory reset before sending it in
