Need help getting into safe

I've got a cannon safe with NL electric keypad.
It's not working now.
The middle red light stays on.
I've tried replacing the battery, same thing.
Remove battery for a while, replace, nothing.
Been looking online, can't find anything.
I need to get in it ASAP.
I'm about to break out a grinder

Anyone have any tips?

Can you take the keypad off and unplug it?

Cannon had to send me a new one as mine went bad

Yes, I've gotten that off, might have to go that route.

Locksmith trickery, breaks out grinder… that’ll be $150 please

A guy here at work had the same issue and he had to wait for Cannon to send him a new one.

Buddy had same issue, they told him it would be three weeks
Temper got him, he took a grinder to it!

break into a house with a Cannon safe with keypad. Unplug old keypad and install new keypad with your combo and your in.

My TSC Cannon keypad quit unlocking a couple years ago. A buddy told me to rock the 3 pint latch back and forth fairly hard several times. I did, and it finally opened. I ordered. New keypad to replace it.
