Mods can't do it so can someone tell me WTH I can't update an avatar pic without it being rotated 90 degrees to the left?? and yes I tried rotating and saving it 90 degrees to the right but was still rotated to the left.

If anyone could help to explain to me the route to post photos on this forum, I would really appreciate. Did not mean to overtake the OP but I have alot of stuff I would like to get rid of and a post with no picture is useless.
