Y’all know him as (Hogslayer78) but I know him as dad! He’s got his hands full right now being that he’s 2 1/2 hours away and went solo this morning. He said he’d post it later but I’m just so excited and so proud of him that I have to share it with y’all, this kind of stuff can’t wait! We’ve leased our place in San Augustine for 13 years now, and the chance of a big (shooter) buck has eluded him thus far. He’s been dreaming of doing it with his bow, but this morning he decided to take the ol smoke stick with him. We’ve had quite a few bucks crossing our road spot that we like to hunt, and he was prepared to sit 12 hours today and try and get it done. The good lord blessed him this morning, and at 6:40 this morning I got a text from my momma saying he shot a good one, and He can finally say that his chase for a wall hanger is finally over, at least with a rifle that is! I’m beyond proud of him and couldn’t be any more happier for him! I have watched him the last 13 years pour so much hard work and dedication into our place, and it finally all paid off! He’s probably gonna kick me in the rear for stealing his glory and beating him to the punch but I don’t care, I had to share it with the green screen fam and I’m sure he’ll be on here to make his own thread! Dad, I love you and I’m beyond proud of you! Show him some love y’all!
