We are searching for a maintenance tech / ranch hand for a recreational family ranch in Pilot Point, Texas. A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with all utilities provided is available for the ideal candidate along with hourly compensation based on experience. Families and couples are welcome.
Job Responsibilities
· Vehicle and Ranch Equipment Maintenance
· Facility Maintenance
· Freeze Prep
· Maintain the firewood
· Assist in setting up and running occasional events
· Have basic skill set for minor repairs to facilities
· Lawns mowed & edged as needed around barn, pavilion, main house, office, etc
· Pasture work including mowing, maintaining, applying herbicides, fertilizing, and overall upkeep
· Maintain the gravel roads (minor repairs): fill in pot holes, add gravel where needed)
· Ideal candidate has the skill set to work with tractor, mower, chain saw, skid steers
· Other duties as required by the Ranch Manager

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
