Is there a CPA who can answer a question?

I do my own taxes, hence don't have a CPA to call.

I have a question regarding The Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act and Debt Cancellation and IRS Publication 4681. Can somebody please help me out and I'll call you Monday morning? I think I understand what the IRS position is, but I need to be sure.
