Weird way to ruin a hunt

Went to the property I hunt on for a sit this afternoon and there was a sheriff’s deputy blocking the gate when I got there. He got out and let me know the property was shut down while they search for 3 fugitives that crashed through the fence and into one of the pump jacks. Said they have a bunch of units in there surrounding the property and a helicopter coming. Definitely the weirdest way I’ve had a hunt ruined.

Do you have to tag the fugitives or just need a hunting license?

Depends on if they are listed as game permissible to be hunted.

Sounds like they are the only thing allowed to be hunted right now.

Are fugitives in the “legal game species” square at the top of the hunt map?

Sorry for your luck. Probably could tag out on em.

Well, did they find the people they were after?

Is a sheriff allowed to keep you out of your property?

I believe that would be a yes in an emergency.

Not sure I would want to be in there with 3 fugitives, nevermind the Roscoes and Barney Fifes itching to get one of them
