    Stealth Cam Customer Support

I have a Stealth Cam Reactor that is no longer uploading pictures. It’s been working fine until the last 7 days or so.

It keeps connecting to the app, has an Elusive Wildlife solar panel so battery life isn’t an issue and appears to still be taking pictures as the remaining memory card space has been reduced over the week. Camera has been in place since August with no signal issues. I’ve logged out and even reinstalled the app with no correction. It seems the issue is just not uploading pictures to the app.

Anyone else having this issue currently or know a way to correct?

Does anyone know the best way to contact Stealth Cam? It seems they’re a Texas based company. I’ve sent an email via their site and have called numerous times waiting for the queue to free up but ultimately just leave a call back number but have yet to receive a call back.

I spent a hour and 9 minutes today getting my camera back up and working . I can’t understand why or how when my battery’s died it made me have to do a firmware update. My other camera still running fine with the old firmware. Also had me do a long reformat on my card instead of the quick format .

I've got a Muddy camera that uses the Stealthcam app. It quit working due to my email getting hacked and shutdown. Left numerous messages and emails. 2 months later, still no email or callback. Horrible customer service.

That’s what I was afraid of.

I had trouble with Moultries before but at least their customer service was great.

Did you self diagnose or was that with customer supports help? I won’t be able to update until next week but I’ll try that. How do you update the firmware?

I’ve had Spypoint and Moultries go out. Have one Moultrie left, this stealth cam and a Tactacam reveal. Probably won’t buy another cell camera. More expensive and quadruple the problems over traditional cameras.
