Just finished up. Crab!

I found this hefty fellow dead, bleached and dried up over a year ago.

I decided to breath the semblance of life back into him.

He took 3 hours of cleaning, posing and preserving, 17 hours of paint work and a nice glossy coat.

Now I feel funny putting my fingers near him. I think I will mount him on a sand base holding a baited hook and line.
