Sent a pair of 12 year old (at least) Monarchs in to have an eyepiece replaced (wouldn't spin up anymore) and Nikon saw fit to send me a new pair in less than a week. That's standing behind your product.

Have had similar experiences with Nikon as well, quick turnaround, and stand behind their products for sure.

Me too. I was big fan of the monarch’s and black line of scopes. IMO way better than vortex for the money.

Same here. They denied warranty on a pair of binos for me about 20 years ago.

Wrote them off and never bought another Nikon optic.

I'm happy for you. I have sent a product into Nikon for warranty work and got a totally different response. Haven't bought anything from them (or even looked their direction) in years.

The only one I had cost me a lot in ammunition trying to keep it zeroed. I only wish I could have thrown it farther into the pond just in case someone hooked it and maybe thought it would be useful.
