I had our place cleared with a skid steer with a mulching head, followed up later that next year with a tractor and shredder, to mow the Youpon it will give up after a couple mowings, no chemicals needed

I thought the best time to spray was February?

We had some stuff mulched in January and it's 6" tall in places
