My dog walked in the house this morning to this thing fell out of his mouth. It’s very clean looking so I thought maybe it was attached in his mouth some where but k could find any legions of any cuts. But this this is wicked looking.

Tobacco Hornworm. Usually green but can be pink. Maybe just pink for a while?

Old folks called 'em "cutworms"... It won't be something your dog was infected with... The dog had to have picked him up either on something else he did eat or pick up, or just picked him up out of curiosity...

I was thinking it looks like an odd colored tomato worm, normally they are green, looks just like those but not green.
