We are set up at the 53rd annual Hopkins County Stew cook-off. Head up to get the fire going and the 35 lbs of stew meat cooking.

We won the beef stew division last year so we are in the super stew division this year with past winners.

Well that’s a wrap. We didn’t lace but had a great time. The fans agreed that was my best cook to date. 25 gallons served to the public in less than An hour. Oh well. Last year was 3 cooks for 2 1st and a 2nd. This year 3 cooks for 2 3rds and a blank. One more fun cook for a benefit then its waiting till next year to do it again.
