Not to many sell proven finished dogs but if you find one be ready to fork over some cash. Could probably find a started dog what kinda dog are you looking for?

Buy a beagle pup and drip blood around the yard with a piece of deer meat at the end of the trail.
Always deer trail on a long leash and hold on tight cause you are going for a ride.lol

I have hired several deer trackers and none of them preformed like my old beagle ' bowhunter' he is buried on a hill in Blanco.

You want a English fox hound beagle- taller breed. Pick the one with the widest head out of the litter.

I started my Beagle with 3 home made blood trails at 5 to 6 months old. She found her first deer on her first track at 7 months old. At 9 months, tracked 9/10ths of a mile on a weak trail to a live deer. Beagles are easy to train.

At over 10 years old now and still our go to dog, for a weak trail. Out of a pack of 5 dogs.
